Common questions
The converted time looks wrong.
Check the zone you highlighted. Some abbreviations mean different zones in different places; for example IST is read as India Standard Time and BST as British Summer Time. A zone name such as Europe/Dublin or an offset such as UTC+1 is always unambiguous.
It says no time zone was found.
Include a zone in the selection, such as EST, CET, UTC+2 or Asia/Tokyo.
The menu item is missing.
It appears only when text is selected. Reload the page if the extension was just installed.
How do I remove my saved zones?
Remove them in the extension popup, or remove the extension in Chrome to delete its stored data.
